For months community advocates have been calling for a transparent, inclusive process for the renewal of Fresno County's transportation sales tax, Measure C. Today Thursday June 30, the Fresno Council of Governments is set to vote on a proposed spending plan from the Fresno County Transportation Authority that does not reflect community priorities because community was not included in the process.

Speak up! We need your voice. Community advocates are calling for:

1. Reject the Measure C spending plan recommended by the Fresno County Transportation Authority and Fresno Council of Governments staff.

2. Work with the community to develop a renewal plan that truly reflects community priorities for a 2024 measure.

Breaking: Adventure Church held its last service a

Breaking: Adventure Church held its last service at the Tower Theatre on Wednesday, June 29 according to multiple sources. As of this post, no official statement has been made by Adventure Church. Adventure Church social handles give no indication that their last service was held. Adventure Church will still have a presence in the Tower District with their Palm Campus location. Have we heard the last of Adventure Church and Pastor Anthony Flores? What are your thoughts?
